Professional Team Gail Fleming
Gail is the Head of the KSS Deanery Pharmacy Team and is responsible for educational strategy and the overall running of the service. Gail leads on the Kent Surrey Sussex Pharmacist Foundation Programme, Quality Management of pharmacy trainees in the workplace and co-ordinates the SEC Chief Pharmacists and Non Medical Prescribing Leads networks.

Emma Wright
Emma is our Specialist Pharmacist focussed on the ongoing training of Practice Supervisors and Educational Supervisors in pharmacy. She oversees pre-registration pharmacist OSCEs and has input into OSCEs for Pharmacy Technicians. Emma is involved in quality initiatives including being the Trainee in Difficulty (TiD) lead for the team, overseeing various surveys and being part of the Centre Review process.
Emma works Monday to Thursday, 8.45am to 2.15pm

Siobhan Burke-Adams
Siobhán leads the curriculum and programme development and the annual regional recruitment process of the Pre-registration Trainee Pharmacist regional training programme. She is involved, with other members of the Pharmacy team, in the Quality Management process and supporting Trainees in Difficulty. Siobhan is also involved in collaborative work relating to the introduction of Deanery prescribing training and assessments, for KSSD doctors.
Siobhán works on Mondays, Wednesdays and every second Thursday.

| Marc Miell
Marc is one of the teams Specialist Programme Support Pharmacists and along with Paul is responsible for the delivery of all training events for the Pre-registration trainee pharmacists. Marc also works with the rest of the pre-reg training team to design and develop the e-learning programme and study days as part of the KSSD regional training programme.
Marc works Wednesdays and Thursdays with the team and on the other days has a Medicines Information, Clinical and Educational Supervisor role with University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust.

Atif Shamim
Atif is our other Specialist Programme Support Pharmacists and along with Marc is responsible for the delivery of all training events for the Pre-registration trainee pharmacists. Atif works on Thursdays and also works part time for Kingston University as a lecturer in Pharmacy Practice and part time in community.

Liz Fidler - Pharmacy Technician, Educational & Practice Supervision Specialist
Liz is leading on the Educational Supervisor project and working alongside Emma on the Practice Supervisor Accreditation. Liz provides professional support with regards to Pre-registration Pharmacy Technician training and is currently Chair of the NHS Pharmacy Education & Development – Pharmacy Technician and Support Staff (Pre & Post Registration) Group.
Liz works Monday to Wednesday.

Helen Knipe - Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Support staff
Helen is responsible for the development and implementation of the Medicines Reconciliation Accreditation including new initiatives for e-learning, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) and Pre and In-Process Checking (PIPC) schemes.
